Cefni; Elevated Boardwalk
Cantilevering out from a hillside, this timber boardwalk provides an elevated rural walkway/cycleway in a hard to reach location.
The superstructure design had to consider the interface with rock anchor foundation supports and allow the walkway to be constructed of small light elements which could be delivered and manhandled on site and be assembled in situ.
